You must have a printout of  your child support payment record, or be able to answer all the questions required to file a motion before the court.

How are orders/requests processed?

Requests are processed in the order that consultation payments are received. When it is your turn, you will be sent a text message invite to video chat via Google Meet. During the video conference, we will answer any questions you may have and help you explore legal options associated with your concerns. Once all relevant information is collected, we disconnect but call you back when we have completed your personalized motion. Most courts accept an e-file so we will walk you through the process for e-filing your motion with the court, and also set up email communication with the correct court personnel associated with your case. When done, you will be able to run your court case from your cellphone. The entire process may take 90 minutes.
