This website is free speech, presenting a claim upon which civil relief can be granted, serving as an invitation to civil litigation attorneys who may be interested in assisting CFS BlackBook in pursuing a civil action for damages.
The information presented herein illustrates how judicial resources were used to manufacture a persona to underlie an orchestrated set of circumstances designed to expose Jack Terry to vigilante-type violence in a public transit area (Side bar: Who is she?); or to provoke a random act of violence (Side bar: Ramon Rivera); or to facilitate an act of domestic terrorism (Side bar: Los Angeles); or to enable profiteering from contractual work-performance agreements with college programs that are federally funded or funded by the Army while denying compensation to Jack Terry (human labor trafficking).
CFS BlackBook was about protecting the jobs, reputations and families of men who solicited sex with drug‑addicted prostitutes, while simultaneously working to reduce illicit drug use and sales. The actions of the Ft. Rucker captain and his like‑minded cohorts were intended to destroy CFS BlackBook’s work (job); to slander Jack Terry as a child molester, women beater and the like (reputation); to interfere with his communication with family and friends (family); and to consign Jack Terry to life in prison (loss of liberty) — the same brutal consequences that follow when a man is exposed in a law‑enforcement prostitution sting. This is because the military grade technology may be permanent, exposing Jack Terry to lifetime military/government surveillance/intrusion.
Notwithstanding the aforementioned, the facts and circumstances complained of herein were deliberately implemented as a retaliatory act of revenge against CFS BlackBook, originating from the Ft. Rucker captain who was catfished on July 24, 2016, in Dothan, Alabama, and became upset that he did not enjoy his fetish session with a drug‑addicted prostitute and a ten‑inch black dildo. It was therefore easy for him to enlist the help of like-minded law enforcement personnel at both at county, state and federal levels, who became motivated to destroy CFS BlackBook because CFS operations interfered with and disrupted police narcotics investigations by reducing illicit drug sales within a 120‑mile radius.
A third reason to destroy Jack Terry and CFS BlackBook was to obstruct an investigation into the “self‑proclaimed pastors” who are engaged in the human trafficking of minors and adult women and who serve a circle of influential, “white‑collar” and military clientele.
The original plan for was to manufacture terrorism. When that failed, the second plan was to make him into another Ramon Rivera. When that backfired, the plan morphed into involuntarily committing Jack Terry into a mental health facility on the idea that because he receives SSI disability income, that he is a danger to himself and others. That failed as well.
Jack Terry became implanted with military-grade physical augmentation technology that included a brain–computer interface communication system. Most of these procedures were billed to his New Jersey Medicaid health insurance while he was in custody at the Atlantic County jail (Mays landing, New Jersey). The technology was originally designed for special forces and covert black-ops military operation teams. Possession of that equipment was going to be presented as evidence that Jack Terry was linked to a terrorist organization capable of stealing advanced U.S. military technology.
The technology may be permanent. If Jack Terry is not killed, does not commit a violent crime, and does not display behavior warranting commitment to a mental health institution, he is nevertheless left to contend with their technology and ongoing surveillance or other forms of government intrusion for the rest of his life.
